Backhaus Eschholz is looking for bakers to strengthen production at its main bakery in Molmerswende near Mansfeld. In the business, bread and baked goods are made by hand using traditional methods and partly based on historical recipes, without industrially produced dough pieces. Regional raw materials are processed in their natural state without preservatives or flavour enhancers; baking takes place every morning from midnight for two branches. The vacancy is aimed at skilled workers who want to help carry on craft baking in a business with over 115 years of tradition.
